Can someone help me give my daughter a few presents on Christmas?
We can’t afford anything for her, and we make too much money to get any help, but barely enough to pay our bills and house payment.
She is 15 and the most wonderful person I’ve ever met. She has started a dance team at her school, she attends dance classes (on a scholarship) three days a week, she takes pictures for the school website and she still has time to help around the house alot (I have fibromyalgia) and still stays on the Achievement or the Honor Roll. Her counselor and several of her teachers have told her that she can get into an Ivy League school if she continues the way she is going.
I am disabled and only recieve SSI, by partner is disabled with heart problems and he recieves SSD. We can make our payments and have money left for medication and food, but not for Christmas. There is never any extra money in any given month.
My daughter’s biological father is suppose to pay child support. He’s angry with our daughter and hasn’t paid last month nor this month. That money was to be our Christmas for her.
Now there is nothing!
Please help us!
